Man dies in M-way collision
POLICE are investigating after the death of a motorcyclist in a crash on the M6.
The crash happened just after 6pm yesterday between junctions 18 and 19, near Knutsford. It is believed a motorcyclist hit the central reservation and was thrown onto the southbound carriageway where he was hit by oncoming traffic.
The dead motorcyclist is believed to be aged 39 from Lothian in Scotland.
